General Rubber Extrusions
£520.00 Add to cartThe common usage for Rubber extrusions are in applications such as sealing, noise control, vibration, and decorative trim. From a simple cord or rectangle to a complex co-extruded or clip-on product with die cutting; and even to customise compounds for our customers – QP strive to provide an extended range to meet various temperature, weather, and technical specifications.
The elastomers in our standard rubber extrusions is the weather resistant EPDM. Notwithstanding that, we are also able to offer extrusions in Silicone, Coloured EPDM, Nitrile and even Plastic. If your unique application requires a higher level of performance, then enhanced material such as Neoprene and Viton may be an option.

Rubber-Metal Bonded Components
£520.00 Add to cartBonding rubber to metal is a means by which rubber is mechanically bonded to a metal insert during the molding process. Typical applications for rubber bonded metal include any part requiring the flexibility of rubber and the stability of a metal. Applications range from bonding natural rubber and butyl to metals like steel and aluminum.
Components ranging in size from small mounts for motors to large locomotive suspension parts are just a sampling of rubber to metal bonded parts produced using this process. QP rubber-metal bonded products are engineered to exhibit exceptional shear, tensile and strength properties.
ADVANTAGE
• Prevent dislodging / distortion of rubber seal
• High level of strength and durability
• Simpler assembly procedures
• Technical and economic efficientCOMMON PRODUCTS
• Bumpers
• Anti-Vibration pads
• O-Rings
• Compressor Mounts
• HVAC Mounts
• Bushings

Rubber-Plastics Bonded Components
£520.00 Add to cartRubber-to-plastic bonded components is one of the best ways to produce complex geometries with relative ease. Wherever rubber parts must be permanently fixed or mounted, composite parts made of a hard component and an elastomer have proven their worth.
As an alternative to metal carriers, QP can produce composite parts out of elastomer and thermoplastics like PE, PP, Nylon, Fiberglass, and Teflon which are resistant against temperature and dimensionally stable on chemical reaction as well as wear/abrasion.
ADVANTAGE
• Weight reduction compared to metal-bonded
• Resistance against corrosion
• Greater flexibility in design
• Reduced number of partsCOMMON PRODUCTS
• Flat gaskets
• O-Rings
• Bumpers
• Bushings
• Cap seals
• Bellows
• Bearings
